Service & File Policy
One file. One service line. Clear delivery.
This policy explains how YOUR AUDIO handles uploaded source files, hardware-processing jobs, turnaround options, finished-file delivery, and temporary file retention. It should be read together with the Terms of Service, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy.
One service line
one audio file
One paid service line covers one uploaded audio file at quantity 1. Each line is treated as one separate hardware-processing job with its own source file, turnaround selection, and processing configuration.
If you want multiple files processed, purchase a separate service line for each file. Multiple legitimate service lines may be included in the same Shopify cart and order.
Upload and
source-file requirements
Upload a supported audio file using the file-upload field provided with the service. The accepted formats and operational file-size limit shown by the upload tool at the time of submission control whether a file can be accepted.
File-upload limits may change as the service or upload system is upgraded. If the uploader rejects a file that you need processed, contact YOUR AUDIO before placing or completing the order so an appropriate submission method can be confirmed.
Submit the final intended source file. Do not rely on YOUR AUDIO to identify alternate versions, revisions, stems, or similarly named files after checkout.
Mono, stereo and
source responsibility
YOUR AUDIO can accept mono or stereo source material where supported by the selected processing chain. The customer is responsible for submitting the intended channel format and for checking that the uploaded source opens and plays correctly before purchase.
Problems already present in the source file—including clipping, distortion, noise, corruption, incorrect edits, unintended silence, wrong versions, or channel-format errors—remain part of the customer-supplied material unless the purchased service specifically addresses them.
Hardware chain
and processing
YOUR AUDIO processes the submitted file through real hardware using the chain selections and other configuration choices accepted with the order. The processing may introduce tonal, dynamic, spatial, harmonic, or level-related changes that are characteristic of the selected hardware and signal path.
Hardware is analogue and results are not expected to be sample-for-sample identical across separate passes. Reasonable analogue variation is part of the nature of the service and is not by itself a defect.
Turnaround
options
STANDARD — 7 DAYS OR SOONER is the normal processing queue. PRIORITY — 3 DAYS OR SOONER receives accelerated priority. RUSH — IMMEDIATE START means the job is prioritized for the earliest practical start.
These options describe processing priority and target turnaround, not an absolute guaranteed delivery deadline. File problems, payment review, customer questions, technical failures, maintenance, outages, or circumstances outside reasonable control may extend completion time.
Finished-file
delivery
The completed processed file is delivered digitally using the delivery method made available for the order. The finished file is a separate processed output; the original uploaded source file is not physically returned.
Customers should download and verify the delivered file promptly and keep their own secure backup. YOUR AUDIO should not be treated as permanent cloud storage or as the customer's long-term archive.
File retention
and deletion
Source and finished audio files may be retained for approximately 30 days after completion or delivery to support download, replacement, or issue resolution.
After that period, files may be deleted or made inaccessible in the ordinary course of our systems and service providers. A longer period may apply where reasonably necessary for an active support matter, security issue, legal obligation, or customer-authorized purpose.
Ownership and
authorization
You retain ownership of your audio. By uploading a file, you confirm that you own, control, or have sufficient authorization to submit that material and have it processed by YOUR AUDIO.
You grant YOUR AUDIO only the limited permission reasonably required to access, copy, route, process, record, quality-check, export, store temporarily, deliver, and support the files needed to provide the purchased service.
Do not upload material that is unlawful, malicious, infringes another person's rights, or that you are not authorized to submit for processing.
Service issues,
redo and replacement
If YOUR AUDIO processes the wrong file, materially departs from the accepted configuration, delivers a technically defective file attributable to us, or otherwise fails to provide the purchased service as agreed, contact us promptly so the issue can be reviewed.
Where appropriate, YOUR AUDIO may reprocess the file, provide a corrected replacement, offer another reasonable remedy, or issue a partial or full refund in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
A different subjective preference for the processed sound is not by itself a technical defect where the ordered service and accepted hardware configuration were performed as described.
